Curveballs & Chaos: How NIL is Destroying College Sports - Short Documentary

*Received University of Iowa honor for exemplary work

During my final semester at Iowa, I collaborated with a group of fellow peers to research the effects NIL has on college sports. I was assigned to produce, write, and edit a short documentary to give more insight into the current state of NIL.

I used everything I learned throughout my collegiate career to help me create this short documentary. It is a piece I am very proud of and one of my favorite projects.

IOWA ATHLETICS

50-Year Celebration of Title IX Instagram Reels

I had the opportunity during my marketing internship to lead content creation for the 50-year celebration of Title IX for female student-athletes to share their experiences within their sport

During my marketing internship, I was involved with researching content for the "Unshakable Belief" Christine Grant documentary for the celebration of Title IX

THE DAILY IOWAN

Sports TV segments

As Sports Director at The Daily Iowan, I created new sports segments that I produced, directed, tech directed, and edited. I also created my own segment that helped me build a personal connection with the Hawkeye community on Twitter.

I created these segments to gain experience behind the camera and to give my reporters more opportunities to grow their broadcasting skills as well.
